Jeanette Sayre MA TLLP is a licensed Psychologist who graduated from the Chicago School of Professional Psychology with a Master of Arts degree in International Psychology. She is currently working with clients with substance use disorder, and is working towards obtaining her Certified Advanced Alcohol and Drug Certification and has a current McBap plan with the state of Michigan.  In addition to working at Synergy, Jeanette works part-time at Harbor Hall in Petoskey MI, running CBT group therapy and weekly Anger management classes. Jeanette currently works with adults, children, adolescents and meets with couples and families. Some of her treatment specialities include; Cognitive Behavioral therapy, Anger Management, and Trauma based treatment. Jeanette also completes Psychological testing.

Susie Hartz MA LLPC is a Licensed Professional Counselor who graduated with her counseling degree from Liberty University. Susie has substantial experience in the substance abuse field and has a current McBap plan with the state of Michigan while she pursues her Certified Advanced Alcohol and Drug Certification. Susie's most recent work experience includes working with Drug Court clients conducting both individual and group therapy sessions, as well as working in the field of methadone maintenance for opiate addiction. Recently Susie has seen clients in her private practice, Next Step Counseling, and has developed a contract with the Juvenile Probation Department of Otsego County. Preferred treatment modalities consist of CBT, DBT, REBT, and Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.

Heidi Yocum MA, LPC, CAADC is a licensed Professional Counselor who obtained her Masters degree in counseling from Liberty University. Heidi has extensive experience in the substance abuse field. She is a Certified Advanced Alochol and Drug Counselor credentialed through McBap. Heidi was previously employed at Catholic Human Services where she served as the treatment provider on the Alpena Drug Court. Her employment with Catholic Human Services provided many avenues of experience. Some of her preferred methods of treatment include family therapy, individual, and group therapy. Heidi prefers to utilize therapy modalities that stem from strength based approaches including CBT, DBT, REBT, and Motivational Interviewing.
